  • Entry Category – 9% – under $300,000

Very good breakdown of homes sales by financing terms, type of buyers and by month. I have never seen another agent analyze data like this….well done. On the left coast in my area, about 35% of all home sales are all cash investors, 50% are FHA and maybe 15% are conventional. We are heavy into first time buyers since most home owners are so far underwater they can't 'move up'.
