The Team

Janie Coffey

Janie is past president of CREW Miami – Commercial Real Estate Women and has been in construction, real estate and development for 20 years.  She has put to good use her degree in Marketing and Business Administration and is the “techy” one of the bunch, although she is trying to bring the others over to the dark side.  Janie is a frequent speaker and writer on technology for the real estate industry.  Janie is @JanieC on twitter and instagram.


Karyn Sederberg

Karyn, the Business Manager, has worked in marketing, project management, international development and interior design in the luxury real estate arena for over 10 years.  She has overseen commercial, residential and historic  projects of all sizes from NYC, Chicago, DC to South Florida.  Karyn and Janie are sisters and grew up in VA, both attending University of Richmond together.  Karyn has a B.S. in Business Admin with a double major in Marketing and International Business.
